Paul Kibuuka is a highly accomplished Tanzania-educated lawyer and the managing partner of Isidora & Company Advocates, where he also heads the firm's Litigation practice.
During his 11-year career, he has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of the law, including business transactions and litigation, and brings these valuable perspectives to his client’s cases.
Mr. Kibuuka offers his clients a truly multifaceted outlook, especially those with proprietary business interests. Prior to co-founding Isidora & Company Advocates, Mr. Kibuuka worked with PwC and IMMMA Advocates.
His clients benefit from his experience in tax and civil litigation, and his ability to view cases through a variety of lenses. Mr. Kibuuka’s tax experience has been tremendously valuable when analyzing complex and multifaceted deals.
He is the author of more than 40 published articles in Tanzania’s daily English newspapers, The Citizen and Daily News.
Mr. Kibuuka graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 2006. He finished first of 256 students in his law class and won the Tanzania Ministry of Science, Technology & Higher Education Prize; the Tanzania Breweries Limited Prize; the Sheikh Muhammad Zulfikar Khan Prize; and the Mondlane International Law Prize.
Mr. Kibuuka is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, the East African Law Society, the SADC Lawyers Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association.

Krispinana Shirima is a Partner of Isidora & Company Advocates and heads the firm’s Transactions practice.
She brings her clients 11-years of broad experience in corporate, commercial and financial/insurance law, including advising private equity funds, banks, development financing institutions, and local and international companies on a myriad of transactions and regulatory issues.
Ms. Shirima graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2006.
She then received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2009 from the Australian Institute of Business Administration (AIB).
Prior to co-founding Isidora & Company Advocates, Ms. Shirima worked at AON, Mkono & Co, and Rex Attorneys.
Her Transactions practice at Isidora & Company Advocates focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), acquisition financing, capital markets listings and other transaction and regulatory matters.
Ms. Shirima is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, the East African Law Society, the SADC Lawyers Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association.
